Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy:

  • Standard Cancellations:
    • Full refund if the booking is canceled at least 4 days before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Late Cancellations:
    • Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled pickup will incur a fee based on:
      • 4 hours/40 km or 50% of the total estimated rental cost (whichever is higher).
      • For outstation bookings, full-day local charges will apply if canceled.
  • No-Show Policy:
    • If the vehicle arrives at the location and the trip is canceled, the advance payment will not be refunded.

Modifications to Booking:

  • Modifications (such as changing rental dates, vehicle type, or pick-up/drop-off locations) are subject to availability.
  • Changes may incur additional charges.
  • Modification Fees:
    • Additional fees may apply depending on the nature of the modifications.
  • Pricing Adjustments:
    • If modifications result in higher costs, the customer must pay the difference.
    • If the changes result in a lower cost, the difference will be refunded, in accordance with our refund policy.

Return Policy:

  • Early Returns:
    • No refund will be provided for unused rental days unless specifically agreed upon; partial refunds may be issued at the discretion of the management.
  • Prepaid Bookings:
    • Prepaid bookings are non-refundable for early returns unless agreed upon during the initial booking discussions.

No Refund for Unused Services:

  • No refunds will be issued for unused rental days.

Refund Policy:

  • If eligible for a refund, it will be processed and credited back within 5-7 working days.
